You just need to read the QR code directly in OutSystems Now app. If you just want to test your app in your phone via OutSystems Now, it should be much more simple, you don't even need to generate the IPA file. If you are in Portrait or any other mode, swipe the toggles left or right accordingly. Personally, I prefer Ad-Hoc distribution, where you need to register the devices' UDIDs in the Apple Portal before they can acess the application. Alternatively, you can use the Spotlight Search feature to find and open the app. Of course there are other d istribution modes. A blurry QR Code image might not be correctly interpreted by a scanner. This happens when you download QR Codes in an incorrect format and resize them- which can lead to a blurred QR Code.
